We are committed to upholding universal principles of human dignity, free expression, and digital safety. These guidelines apply to everyone on Fanded and are enforced to foster a vibrant, respectful community.

1. Dangerous Organizations

Fanded prohibits the use of our platform to promote, praise, or represent groups or individuals associated with terrorism, violent extremism, or organized hate. This includes but is not limited to:

• Terrorist groups

• Hate groups (e.g. white supremacist, anti-LGBTQ+, antisemitic organizations)

• Criminal organizations involved in trafficking, violence, or financial crimes

Content referencing such organizations in educational or journalistic contexts is permitted.

2. Harassment and Abuse

Fanded does not tolerate:

• Bullying or targeted harassment

• Doxxing (sharing personal information without consent)

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

• Threats of violence or incitement

• Coordinated harassment or “dogpiling”

Fanded is a space for open conversation, but never at the cost of someone’s dignity or safety.

3. Harmful or Dangerous Content

Creators may discuss difficult topics with care, but Fanded prohibits:

• Content glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders

• Dangerous stunts or challenges that could cause harm

• Promotion of harmful or medically misleading health practices

Survivor stories and educational or awareness-building content are permitted with context.

4. Hate Speech

Fanded prohibits hate speech—defined as attacks, slurs, or calls to violence or exclusion based on:

• Race, ethnicity, nationality

• Gender or sexual orientation

• Religion or belief system

• Disability, caste, immigration status, or medical conditions

Diverse expression is welcome; discrimination is not.

5. Illegal or Regulated Activities

Fanded is not a place for:

• Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities

• Financial scams, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized financial advice

• Drug trafficking or unlicensed sales of regulated substances

• Gambling or unregulated raffles

• Weapons sales or manufacturing guides

Content discussing these topics for educational, journalistic, or awareness purposes may be allowed with proper context.

6. Inauthentic or Deceptive Behavior

To protect community trust, we prohibit:

• Impersonation of other individuals or brands

• Misleading deepfakes (especially in sexual, violent, or reputational contexts)

• Spam, fake engagement (e.g. buying followers or views), or bots

• Intellectual property theft

Creators should be transparent and authentic with their audiences.

7. Off-Platform Misuse

Using Fanded to redirect supporters to harmful or misleading off-platform experiences (e.g. phishing sites, fake offers) is not allowed. Trust is our foundation—off-platform behavior matters if it endangers our users or violates our values.

8. Sexually Explicit Content

Fanded is not an Adult/18+ platform and prohibits sexually explicit content intended solely for sexual gratification, including:

• Pornography or sexually explicit imagery

• Non-consensual or exploitative sexual content

• Sexualized deepfakes or age-inappropriate sexual content

Educational, artistic, or health-related content involving nudity or sexuality may be allowed with proper context and age verification.

9. Youth Safety

We do not allow:

• Accounts created or used by individuals under 13

• Sexualized content involving minors (real or fictional)

• Grooming, exploitation, or solicitation of minors

Creators working with teen audiences must prioritize safety and adhere to all legal and platform-specific age guidelines.

10. Violent and Graphic Content

Fanded prohibits:

• Real-world violence or graphic depictions of suffering used for shock value

• Glorification of physical abuse, torture, or trauma

• Animal cruelty or abuse

Fictional, educational, or documentary content that includes sensitive material must be properly contextualized and not sensationalized.

How We Enforce These Guidelines

Violations of these policies may lead to content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. We prioritize education and open dialogue but will act decisively to protect our community. You can report violations directly through the platform or by contacting lewis@fanded.com.
